  • - A smoothly finished PTFE surface with 0.2µm roughness minimizes dirt’s adhering, which controls surface tracking at a minimum.
  • - Products are securely examined piece by piece by an experienced inspector. All entrance bushing undergo 10Mpa’s Hydrostatic Leakage Test and 38KV’s Dielectric Test.
  • - Prompt Delivery : bushings can be delivered within 4 weeks from order date with a small lot of 3 pieces.

  • - This item is a sensitive one, we are willing to help you with our installation, maintenance, handlings at the field and other services.
  • Lead Cable failure comes from a series of following procedures, corona discharge between cable and conduit housing – degradation of insulation oil and PTFE film on cable – arc discharge – cable break and fire. To control corona discharge, insulation oil needs to be kept clean by periodic inspection and have cable housing smooth inner surface to be free of scratch and remained arc mark. Make sure that cable housing need be made of a seamless tube, no welded one.
